Christian Buckley

Mr. Buckley is Partner and General Counsel of Karmel Capital. Christian formerly practiced technology, corporate, and securities law at Gunderson Dettmer, LLP, and Cooley, LLP. He is also a founding partner in Pelagos Ventures, LLC, a seed stage technology investment and incubation fund. Over the past decade, he has advised and helped run numerous technology start-ups including KilpiTek, Valona Labs, Freedom Flight Works, hundredX, The Glue Network, Covered Images. Christian received a Juris Doctor with a specialization in Business Law from UCLA. Christian is the Chair of Board of The Old Globe Theater and serves on the board of the Timken Museum of Art.
